What Comes with the Alfa Romeo Estrema Models?
Alfa Romeo’s two primary models, the Giulia and Stelvio, offer a broad mix of performance-minded features and several luxury elements. Our manufacturing partner is offering a limited edition package that will bridge the gap between the high-performance Quadrifoglio trim and the top-of-the-trim Veloce trim. Alfa Romeo is calling this package Estrema, and it’s the first time the automaker is introducing a globally available limited model. Alfa Romeo is planning to start delivery of the Estrema models to dealerships around the world during the third quarter of this year. Let’s take a look at what this new model will have to offer.

Estrema Package Performance Specs
The Giulia and Stelvio Estrema models will share a single engine platform. Under the hood of both vehicles is the turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that will be attached to the same eight-speed automatic transmission used by standard production versions of the Giulia and Stelvio. Both Estrema models will make 280 horsepower and 306 pound-feet of torque. The Giulia Estrema can be equipped with rear- or all-wheel drive. Buyers interested in the Stelvio Estrema will only find it with AWD.
In terms of output, both Estrema models are exceptionally fast when accelerating to highway speeds. The zero to 96 km/h times for both versions are:
- Giulia: 5.5 seconds (RWD); 5.1 seconds (AWD)
- Stelvio: 5.5 seconds (AWD)
Standard and Available Safety Features
Alfa Romeo will install a few active safety features on both Estrema models, including Active Blind-spot Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, and Forward Collision Warning. Customers can also choose to have the Active Assist Plus package added, which will make the following systems available:

Interior and Exterior Estrema Features
When the Giulia and Stelvio Estrema models are available for sale, there will be a few clues sharp-eyed Alfa Romeo Ottawa customers can find to let them know what they’re looking at. The limited-edition Estrema models are available in four exterior colours, Alfa White, Alfa Rosso, Misano Blue and Vulcano Black. Additionally, there will be a carbon fibre veneer on the grille and mirror caps, as well as darkened Estrema badges on the fenders and rear deck. The Giulia Estrema will ride on 19-inch alloy wheels and the Stelvio Estrema sits on 21-inch alloy wheels.
On the inside, a leather-covered dashboard, steering wheel, and center armrest are all standard features. Like the Quadrifoglio trim grade, the Estrema has carbon fibre accents on parts of the dashboard, doors and centre console. A dual-pane sunroof is also equipped on the Estrema models.
